The custard is always great, even when it's cold outside. The inside is really cute and service is always friendly and welcoming. They have screens to order on now which make the whole experience even easier. It's a bit on the pricier side (about $7.50 for a Arctic swirl with two toppings), but if you get one of the two special flavors of the day just by themselves it's not bad. Considering it's Williamsburg, the price is pretty standard. Even when busy, they get through orders pretty quick.

Stopped here with friends of mine for dessert. I love custard so this was a must. On this occasion I the custard shake which was on sale, a large for the price of a regular. This custard did not disappoint, thick and rich.

We were looking for an ice cream place for a family treat. Ordering was so easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The soft served custard was delicious. Servings were huge. I would recommend sharing with a friend. If you are looking for a place to satisfy your sweet tooth this is the place.

This is our go-to ice cream shop in Williamsburg! It is consistently delicious with two daily changing custard flavors each day plus vanilla and chocolate available everyday too. They have recently added ice cream nachos which is amazing and especially because the "chips" are in-house made waffle cone pieces! So good! Service is always top-notch! There is seating inside and during the summer ( and even fall and spring) tables are available outside!

Generous helpings. We got Stuffed Swirls. I got the Peanut-butter lovers with chocolate. I never thought I would complain there was too much toppings...but they are over generous with the Reese's Pieces in this. My husband had the Smores one and he said it was amazing. Very good value for the amount of ice cream. If we could have agreed on a flavor it would have been perfect to split it.

I have absolutely loved frozen custard ever since first having a Kohr's custard cone at Seaside Heights, NJ as a kid, and The Meadows gave me an opportunity to relive that joy with their fantastic custards and outstanding service. Visited with my parents recently just to give it a try since they live in the Williamsburg area now. Their parking lot is quite small but there are adjacent lots if needed. Once inside, we were pleasantly greeted by the cashier and she explained the menu to us, and we all tried different kinds of their flagship item: custard! It didn't take too long to get our order and, since it was a nice day, we enjoyed our custards at one of their outside tables. I had the chocolate custard with strawberry chunks and it was beyond fantastic, absolutely worth returning for. My parents also enjoyed their choices (vanilla and regular chocolate), and I think The Meadows made three converts today. We'll be back for sure! Overall: 4.5 stars ---- Pros: - Absolutely delicious custard, no matter what you get. Plenty of fancier options too! - Great service, the cashier ran us through their menu quickly and clearly. - Prices are fair for what you get, good value. - Inside and outside seating, you're covered no matter the weather. Cons: - Parking lot is a bit tight with very few spaces, though there are nearby lots as well.

Absolutely love this place. Went all the time when in Williamsburg and they have a drive thru which was great. They have different flavors that they highlight all the time and me and my sister had ordered their raspberry cheesecake ice cream which was a new highlight flavor during the time. It had big chunks of cheesecake in it and the raspberry flavor was so fresh and delicious. They quickly made our orders and we didn't have to sit at the drive thru window for longer than 3-5 mins. The staff is always friendly also. My overall rate of experience: 10/10

Yummmmm! I love good frozen custard and this ice cream is soooo good and smooth and creamy! I found it online while in the area for brunch last weekend and we came over for a snack before heading out of town for the hour drive back to VAB. No line inside and staff were friendly, our order was up very quickly. Flavor of the day was Cookie Monster which was dyed blue with chunks of Oreo and cookie dough inside. Tons of mix-ins and the mini/small was plenty big enough for my husband and I to share as a snack. Really creamy and delicious. This will likely be a stop-off every time we come to town from now on! One of the restrooms was out of order so I did stand in line for about 10 minutes just to pee and wash my hands while my ice cream waited on the table for me. Sad face. Get that fixed! Otherwise, no issues!
